The Pause ~ L.I.F.E.

In processing the unimaginable. Leaning into vulnerable moments. Releasing and letting go of what is beyond your control there we may find the element of grace being extended towards ourselves for simply being human.

Have you ever been in awe of how life can come full circle? Have you ever sat with mixed emotions trying to be hopeful and shuffle through nervous feelings for the new beginning, while a little sad for what or how you unwillingly had to let “it” go? Was it a dream career, unexpected life shift, saying an earthly farewell to a loved one or dear friend? Whatever your “it” is and presently maybe, please know you are not alone.

In vulnerability, my climax of “it” encompassed various degrees of unforeseen moments. Beyond emotions, it was above me to fix so grace extended the invitation with time to reflect and release. It was forgiving to my soul. It was redemptive to not be okay and let the process be. All I can say is God is sovereign and knows how to place you in a posture where leaning into all things unfamiliar comes with a peace and freedom to not ever shrink back or deny your true emotions. There is an internal sense of liberation that comes from the freedom to know you do not have to bear it all. A freedom to release the parts of your life walk which no longer fit for the person where L.I.F.E. has stretched you with growth in ways familiarity would have caused you to say, “Stay with what you know.”

With that said, overcoming the “difficult” moments can call us to a space of acknowledgement with grace, peace, assurance and faith that nothing truly ever catches God by surprise. Even when it’s painful, unbearable and unbelievable in His time there is a redemption that comes in a grace-filled unique way. A form of grace that will not let you be bitter, yet provides a new way to embrace whatever has changed your life beyond what was unimaginable for you.

If the words this is my story were ever true. . .It’s amazing how in God’s time the sting is not so strong. It’s comforting how God allows space to reflect with a sense of assurance. It’s beautiful how God can go beyond the norms and give you a unique way to share portions of your journey or experience with others to offer hope that it does not rain forever.

Celebrate L.I.F.E.! By resilient grace with persevering faith God is able to anchor your soul amidst the turbulence and waves of life…I am a living testimony God can extend peace for your heart to have a posture of calmness where you trust to believe He truly does have it all in control.

Pushing past the bad and uncomfortable feelings is not easy; but God will give you grace to pause and lean fully into your pain offering healthy forms of healing for every hurtful emotion from whatever you endured. May you be comforted with encouragement to believe nothing ever catches God by surprise. Release and let go of what is beyond your control. Let God fight your battles. . .Celebrate your L.I.F.E.!
